+ Can the Client try on the outfit before committing to the rental?

Yes!. We offer in-store appointments at our Toronto showroom where they can explore the collection, get personalized styling advice, and ensure the perfect fit. If they’re outside Toronto, they can book a virtual consultation with our team—we’ll guide them through styles, sizing, and accessories so they feel confident before making the selection.

+ Do you have options for non-South Asians attending Indian weddings?

Yes! Many of our clients are first-time wearers attending fusion or South Asian weddings. Our stylists specialize in helping in choose something elegant, culturally appropriate, and easy to wear.

+ What's included with the rental?

Every outfit comes professionally steamed and ready to wear. We also include styling tips, safety pins, outfit care instructions, and a prepaid return label (if choosing delivery). Jewellery and accessories can be added separately.

+ if client, friends traveling for the event — can they have their outfit shipped to a hotel or alternate address?

Yes! they can enter their hotel, AirBnB, or a family member's address at checkout. Just ensure someone will be available to receive the package during the delivery window.

+ How much does it cost to rent?

Women’s outfits start at $85
Men’s outfits start at $65
Accessories start at $15
Bridal rentals are priced higher depending on the designer and craftsmanship, but still cost a fraction of retail prices.

+ Do you offer bridal lehengas and sherwanis?

Yes, we carry a curated collection of bridal lehengas, sherwanis, and wedding accessories. Many brides and grooms choose us for their wedding day, saving thousands compared to purchasing.

+ What if my event gets cancelled or postponed?

We understand things can change. If notified at least 3 days before your rental start date, we can reschedule or issue store credit. No store credit or any kind of refund will be provided if notified 3 days or less before your rental start date. Contact us as soon as possible for flexibility.

+ Can I customize the outfit or get minor alterations?

Most of our outfits are designed to adjust to different body size. however we understand every body type is different therefore. We also have an in-house seamstress who can make temporary, rental-friendly modifications before shipping, based on clients measurements.

+ Can we reserve multiple outfit options before finalizing?

Yes! we offer 24 hours hold on the product for a minimum hold fee of $10

+ How do I care for the outfit during my rental?

We recommend keeping it hung in a safe, clean space. Please avoid using strong perfumes or deodorants directly on the garment. There's no need to wash or dry clean — we handle all professional cleaning.

+ Do you provide look coordination support?

Yes. Our styling team can collaborate with you to:

We become an extension of your planning team.

+ How do I know my outfit will fit?

We offer a 100% fit satisfaction guarantee. Many of our outfits are designed with flexibility — corset blouses, drawstring lehengas, adjustable sherwanis, and more. You can also book a free virtual consultation via Google Meet to get styling advice and sizing guidance from our experts.

+ What if I need help choosing an outfit?

Our experienced stylists are here to help. Simply book a Google Meet appointment, and we'll guide you through outfit selection based on your event, preferences, and measurements — all from the comfort of your home.

+ When should I place my order to ensure timely delivery?

We recommend placing your order 2–3 weeks before your event, especially if you're outside the Greater Toronto Area. For urgent needs, we offer 4–5 day delivery across most of Canada — reach out to confirm availability before booking.

+ Does the 4-day or 7-day rental period include shipping time?

The rental period does not include shipping time. The 4-day or 7-day rental starts from the day your outfit is delivered to you, not when it's shipped. We ship your outfit in advance to ensure it arrives on time, and you'll have the full rental period to enjoy it. Return shipping is also factored in separately—we make sure you have everything you need for a smooth and stress-free experience!

+ Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes! Every rental comes with a prepaid return label. Just re-pack the outfit in the garment bag and drop it off at our courier partner's designated drop-off location near you. While we don't offer exchanges, we're happy to help resolve any issues that may arise.

+ Can I rent outfits for multiple events in one trip?

Definitely. If you're attending several events, we offer custom rental durations beyond our standard 4 or 7-day options. Just let us know your schedule, and we'll make it work.

+ Do you ship to small towns and rural areas?

Yes — we deliver Canada-wide, including rural and remote regions. Enter your postal code at checkout or contact us for shipping timelines to your area.

+ What happens if my outfit gets damaged during the event?

Minor wear is covered. If there's significant damage, we'll assess a fair repair or replacement cost. We understand that accidents happen — we're here to help, not penalize.

+ Can I rent jewellery and accessories too?

Absolutely. Complete your look with rentable jewellery, bindis, turbans, stoles, and purses — all carefully curated to match your outfit.
